📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating production schedules and workflows.,Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements.,Manage and maintain production records and reports.,Supervise and train production team members to ensure they are following procedures correctly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Assist in resolving production issues and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required).,Valid driver's license (preferred).
