• Assist baristas in preparing and serving coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty coffees.

• Stock and maintain the café's inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and food supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient café operation.
• Follow health and safety protocols, as well as food safety guidelines.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the café's cleanliness and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) with occasional standing and bending.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
