📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the store manager and corporate team to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
