📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Monitor and maintain environmental controls such as temperature, humidity, and air quality to ensure optimal conditions for data centre operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of data centre equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of data centre facilities, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Respond to and resolve data centre incidents and outages in a timely manner, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts, schedules, and service levels for data centre maintenance and support.
• Implement and enforce best practices for data centre maintenance, security, and safety.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a data centre environment.
• Certification in data centre maintenance, such as Uptime Institute Tier III or IV certification, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and control systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
