Market Mart Abadi is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various tasks. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring timely payment and receipt.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
