As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various human resource functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
