Crystal Camp Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.
