📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring their IT needs are met.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, both hardware and software-related.,Manage and update IT documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.,Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure the effective operation of the IT department.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Experience with IT documentation and knowledge management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other IT team members.,Experience in training and mentoring junior IT staff.
