📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct social assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized social support plans.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Educate patients and families on their medical conditions, treatment options, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless integration of social support services.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide resources for patients facing social or economic challenges.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust social support plans as needed.
• Collaborate with community resources to provide additional support to patients and families.
• Document all social support activities and maintain patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical social work or similar role.
• Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of local customs and cultural practices in Bali.
