📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory using warehouse management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of incoming spare parts.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Work closely with the procurement team to manage orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and storage.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
