• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our in-house healthcare management system.
• Provide information and guidance to patients regarding their treatment plans and healthcare options.

• Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
