Easy Pearl Group is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company receives the necessary materials and supplies at the right time and at the best possible prices. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best products and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the company receives the best value for money.,Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including ordering, receiving, and inspecting goods.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business goals.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.,Attend and participate in supplier meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
