📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Control inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
