📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Create and present data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts and other team members on data-related projects.
  • Contribute to the development of data strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data models and algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
