📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
