📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure that all sales and service activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
