📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and coordinating production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Overseeing the work of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing production schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
