PT Firdaus Cendrawasih is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an urgent opportunity for a professional who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing a branch in one of Bali's most popular tourist destinations.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the branch's goals align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali is a must.
