📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and business development proposals to senior management.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
