Stripe is seeking a talented Credit Risk Analyst Commercial Underwriter to join our team in Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in the US or Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of commercial clients, providing risk assessments, and making underwriting decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Stripe's commercial clients are managed effectively and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct credit risk assessments for commercial clients, including evaluating financial statements, credit history, and market conditions.
  • Provide risk assessments and recommendations to commercial underwriters and other stakeholders.
  • Make underwriting decisions based on credit risk assessments and other relevant factors.
  • Monitor and manage the credit risk of existing commercial clients, including implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures for commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial clients are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk and commercial underwriting.
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit risk analysis and commercial underwriting.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk models and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in credit risk and commercial underwriting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
