📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and manage the kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Head Chef.,Proven track record in culinary arts and restaurant management.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
