Agung Bimo Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our Semarang location while also managing remote operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and complaints.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Recruit, train, and develop a team of motivated and skilled employees.,Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including remote operations.
