📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or hazards.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and site logs.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.,Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.,Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
