📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.,Present business development proposals and reports to senior management.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in business development processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
