📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance with laws and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensure continuous improvement of internal control systems and processes.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal audit procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
