📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing information and support to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records and sales data.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
