📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
