📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
