Bidang Oka Bakery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer trends.
