In this role, you'll work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate cost estimates for civil works and interior design. You'll use industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to create detailed plans and schedules. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for civil works and interior design projects, ensuring compliance with budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into feasible construction plans.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to create detailed project drawings, schedules, and cost breakdowns.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress and address any discrepancies in cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost proposals, to clients and contractors.
• Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in construction processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil and interior estimation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members in estimation and project planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and interior estimation, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera, with experience in creating detailed project drawings and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid professional certification in civil and interior estimation (e.g., RICS, APM, or equivalent).
• Experience working on high-profile construction projects in Bali or similar tropical destinations is a plus.
