As our FAT & HRD Manager, you will be responsible for managing our financial accounting and tax processes, as well as overseeing our human resource functions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported, and that we remain compliant with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting and tax processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and finance teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial and HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance accounting and tax, with a strong background in hospitality or a related industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resource management, with a strong background in hospitality or a related industry.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for HR management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Certification in SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.
