📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we find the right fit for the team.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our employer branding strategy.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, job market trends, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
