📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online marketplace platforms, including our e-commerce website and various marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings across all platforms.
• Process and manage customer orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our products and drive sales growth.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to improve them.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, and apply this knowledge to enhance our marketplace operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to expand our online presence and customer base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving targets.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
