📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
• Promote products and special offers to customers, driving sales and revenue.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, using POS systems like Kasir Pintar or similar.
• Manage customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Learn and implement retail best practices, including merchandising and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and other retail software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
