📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct site visits to assess merchant operations and address any concerns.

• Foster strong relationships with merchants to drive business growth and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase merchant revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to on-board new merchants and integrate them into the network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant monitoring, relationship management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with merchant services and payment processing systems.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
