📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire shipment process, from booking to delivery.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet our clients' expectations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance and ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipment of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and export-import.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and export-import, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficient in using logistics and export-import software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
